Tier 2 

Qliro AB (publ) has issued Tier 2 subordinated capital instruments in the amount of SEK 70 million, with the first call date on 28 March 2030 (the “Bonds”). The Bonds carry a floating interest rate of 3-month STIBOR + 850 basis points per annum. The Bonds are listed for trading on Nasdaq under the short name QLIRO T2 25 (ISIN: SE0024219893).

Additional Tier 1

Qliro AB (publ) has issued Additional Tier 1 capital instruments in the amount of SEK 55 million, with perpetual maturity and the first call date on 22 October 2029 (the “Bonds”). The Bonds carry a floating interest rate of 3-month STIBOR + 1,300 basis points per annum. The Bonds are listed for trading on Nasdaq under the short name QLIRO AT1 24 (ISIN: SE0021627775).

IPO 2020

On 2 October 2020, Qliro AB (publ) was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market following the distribution of all shares in Qliro to the shareholders of Qliro Group AB, as resolved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Qliro Group AB on 28 September 2020. Qliro's shares are traded under the short name QLIRO (ISIN: SE0013719077).
