About Parfym.se

Parfym.se is one of the largest beauty e-retailers in the Nordics. They had long relied on traditional and manual methods for product recommendations in order to increase the average order value.

The Challenge

They wanted to find a more effective method of delivering more accurate product recommendations to their customers to boost both conversion rates and order value, and explored various alternatives.

The Solution

Sift Lab is an AI platform and one of Sweden’s leading providers of personalized AI solutions for e-commerce. By implementing Sift Lab’s solution within Qliro’s customer-optimized checkout, which includes a unique upsell/sales module, Parfym.se achieved significantly better results.

Getting started with Sift Lab’s solution in combination with Qliro’s payment solution was a simple process. After synchronizing order data with Sift Lab, accurate and AI-generated product recommendations could be sent to Qliro’s upsell module at checkout.

The implementation of intelligent product recommendations showed immediate positive results. In just a few days, the upsell conversion rate increased from 1.2% to 2.6%, which corresponds to a 117% increase.
