Qliro extends enterprise agreements with Skruvat and Bythjul, signs new agreement with Däckskiftarna
Qliro AB (publ) ("Qliro" or the "Company") announces today that the Company has extended its enterprise agreements with AB Skruvat Reservdelar ("Skruvat") and Bythjul Norden AB ("Bythjul"), two established merchants within car parts and vehicle accessories with a combined total payment volume of around SEK 1.5 billion over the past 12 months. At the same time, Qliro has signed an agreement with another company in the group, Däckskiftarna i Sverige AB ("Däckskiftarna"). Däckskiftarna now joins Qliro's platform for both e-commerce and physical retail.
Since its start in Sweden in 2008, Skruvat has grown into the Nordics' largest online marketplace for new car parts, and Bythjul is today one of the most well-known brands within online sales of tyres and rims in Sweden. Both have been established Qliro merchants for several years and are among the Company's largest. With the agreement with Däckskiftarna, Qliro further broadens its presence within the group and within the vehicle segment.
Däckskiftarna is a franchisor with a nationwide network of workshops in Sweden and Norway and will use Qliro in its e-commerce as well as Qliro Instore for physical payments in store. The agreement is an example of how Qliro meets merchants that move between digital and physical sales channels with a seamless payment experience.
"We are pleased to grow within the group and to receive continued trust from the Nordics' largest merchant for car parts online. Extending the agreements with both Bythjul and Skruvat demonstrates the strength of long-term partnerships. That we are also entrusted with handling Däckskiftarna's payment flows both online and in store with Qliro Instore shows the breadth of our offering and our ability to meet the merchant across all channels. Our platform is built to be present where business takes place, regardless of channel," says Christoffer Rutgersson, CEO of Qliro.
"We want to give our customers a smooth and secure payment experience whether they shop online or in store. Qliro delivers a solution that works across all our channels and makes it easy for us to grow. We look forward to developing the business together," says Claes Kjelldorff, CEO of Skruvat, Bythjul and Däckskiftarna.
The agreements are signed following a strong first quarter of 2026, in which Qliro returned to profitability. During the quarter, total payment volume (TPV) increased by +38%, net revenue by +19% and the number of connected merchants by +148% compared with the same period the previous year.
Qliro's interim report for the second quarter of 2026 will be published on 17 July 2026.
