Change in number of shares and votes in Qliro AB

Qliro AB (publ) (the ”Company”) announces today that the number of shares and votes has increased by 53,455 following a share issue carried out under STIP 2025, as resolved by the Annual General Meeting on 25 May 2026.

As of 30 June 2025, the total number of shares and votes in the Company amounted to 34,244,073.
